I prefer the first, not the alternative, version of the first stanza--'something' seems to have more suspence than 'realise'.
The only problem I find with this is that the fact that Luke and Leia were brother and sister in the movie brings a little wierdness to a romantic relationship between costumers of those characters, however, I'm not sure whether someone other than me would feel that way in this case.
